The story homework for October went very well, with some very varied stories coming from the parameters which were set. There was a good turn out of new and old members, and well done all.
We’re having a guest speaker for our meeting on 4th November. The speaker will be Neet Neilson, who’ll be giving a talk, mainly about editing. Find out more about Neet at www.neetneilson.com.
Looking further ahead, there will be a change of venue for the following meeting on 2nd December. We’ll be round the corner at The Hive (thehivelennoxtown.org) for a festive themed get together. The writing assignment for the meeting is to have prepared a story which involves Santa. There’s no word limit, but we’ll want to get through everybody’s, so please don’t write a novella.
